Our specialized Intensive Care Unit (ICU) focuses on adult patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical attention, particularly following surgical procedures or due to serious medical conditions.

As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown Unit, you will engage in the care of patients transitioning from intensive care, managing those on intravenous therapies with intricate medical and surgical needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Enrollment in a BSN program within six months for RNs lacking a BSN
  • Preferred minimum of one year of nursing experience
  • Prior experience in a specialty clinical setting is advantageous
  • Active Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state allowing practice in Maryland
  • Current CPR and ACLS certifications are mandatory
