Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our team at DAVITA. The successful candidate will have an Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree. The ideal candidate will have no prior dialysis experience needed as comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you to manage multiple patient needs effectively.
The role involves providing compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment. You will oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. You will build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $45.00 - $63.00 / hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
