Design Director

As a Design Director at our landscape architecture firm, you will play a critical role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of high-end residential properties in the Northeast. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in landscape design, you will lead the development of innovative outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate functionality, sustainability, and beauty. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating custom solutions for discerning clients, ensuring that every project meets their unique needs and exceeds their expectations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans, conducting thorough site analyses to inform design decisions, and overseeing the implementation of design plans to ensure adherence to specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
