At Shari's Cafe and Pies, we are seeking a motivated Front of House Ambassador to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they enter our establishment.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary of $25,000 - $35,000 based on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility as a Front of House Ambassador will be to greet guests upon arrival, seat them at their tables, and ensure that they have everything they need throughout their dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions, answering phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed. Additionally, you should have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude towards working in a team environment.
