Job Description
">We are seeking a Patient Care Technician - Behavioral Health to join our team in Pocatello, ID. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the interdisciplinary treatment team.

">This position requires a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for working with individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide emotional support and comfort to patients, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.

- Providing direct patient care, including activities of daily living and emotional support">
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans">
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress">
- Participating in unit-based quality improvement initiatives">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent">
- Current CNA certification in the State of Idaho">
- Current BLS certification">
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)">
- Two years of education in the behavioral health sciences or experience in the behavioral health field (preferred)">
Compensation
">We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
