Job Description:
This position involves performing routine maintenance tasks to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our buildings. The successful candidate will have prior maintenance experience and be able to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining restrooms and other areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Cleaning windows, countertops, and light fixtures regularly.
- Sweeping or hosing down parking lot areas, sidewalks, and walkways at least once each shift.
- Maintaining the grounds by raking leaves and mowing grass, including shrubbery care and mulching.
- Collecting trash and recyclables and taking them to the garbage bin as necessary.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds (23-27 kg) frequently.
