Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is tasked with ensuring precise inventory management and overseeing the movement of essential materials, chemicals, and significant company assets. Responsibilities include handling chemical tote bags, heavy machinery, and large supplies, both on-site and during daily deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of work order requests and related supplies.
  • Incorporate inventory items into work orders as necessary.
  • Maintain adequate material inventory levels to support production schedules through daily cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with receiving teams for daily warehouse deliveries and update inventory records in Dynamics.
  • Assist the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in various functions.
  • Support the Utility Team with chemical operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Dynamics.
  • Certified Forklift Operator for both Rough Terrain and Industrial settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Work Environment:
This role operates within a hybrid office and production environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb, kneel, crawl, and reach in various directions.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Capability to push, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Heavy lifting requirements exceeding 30 pounds.

  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and company health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Actively engage in maintaining safety systems compliance.
