Picerne Real Estate Group, a distinguished leader in property management and development since 1925, is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Specialist to uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare units for market readiness by removing debris from vacant apartments.
  • Address minor mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues as they arise.
  • Communicate maintenance needs for repairs in available apartments, models, and communal areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with residents, team members, and management.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for seasonal snow removal duties.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking areas, and other community facilities.
  • Support occupancy targets through daily cleaning of vacant units and shared spaces.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and drug screening
  • Standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
