Teller Retail Banker

At Woodforest National Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Achieve individual sales targets by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive, engaging, and possess excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. Lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs may be required.
