Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to elementary-level students. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on students' academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' speech and language abilities to determine eligibility for services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with elementary-level students preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 20-40 students effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
