Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck/Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our diesel truck fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment and technology, with knowledge of CAT, New Holland, and Case a huge plus.
  • Perform field diagnostics and repairs as needed.
  • Work on heavy machinery both in the shop and occasionally on site.
  • Use various tools and equipment to dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble parts and machinery.
  • Stay updated on John Deere and competitive products.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience with diesel engines and construction/agricultural equipment.
  • Familiarity with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools is a plus.
  • Experience with service repairs and meeting performance goals.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in construction, or heavy equipment.
  • Must own a suitable set of tools.
  • Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostics.
