EMT Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMT Paramedic to join our team at Anson County EMS. As a key member of our emergency medical services unit, you will be responsible for providing paramedic-level life support, stabilization procedures, and emergency medical care to patients in need.

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, applying necessary medical treatment to sick or injured persons
• Transport patients to medical facilities while providing advanced life support care
• Work independently to assess patient conditions and apply short-term relief measures
• Collaborate with other response unit members to provide comprehensive medical care
• Comply with established EMT and medical procedures, as well as departmental and local medical director-approved protocols

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Emergency Technician certification at the Paramedic level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compliance with OSHA requirements for blood-borne pathogens
