About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist with experience in water resources, transportation, or architecture. If you are certified as a Professional Engineer (PE), certified as an Engineer in Training (EIT), or plan on being certified as a Professional Engineer, we would love to hear from you. Our team operates through three strategic business units: Water Resources, Transportation, and Architecture. You will have the opportunity to work on local and regional projects that align with your interests and skills.
What We Offer:
As a Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist at Buchart Horn, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Our benefits package includes flex time, a generous PTO package, 401(k) with employer match, 8 paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, company-paid short-term disability, education reimbursement, employee referral program, medical/dental/vision insurance, and long-term disability. Additionally, you will be part of a positive, friendly, and flexible work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, with experience in water resources, transportation, or architecture. A Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is highly desired. You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will also be essential.
