We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in the evenings. As a Baker, you will be responsible for following Crumbl recipes with exactness and care, paying close attention to the details of each cookie, and ensuring consistency and the highest of quality is experienced every time.

• Instinctively serve the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience.
• Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness and care, paying close attention to the details of each cookie.
• Present cookies in a detailed and presentable manner, ensuring no steps are skipped.
• Clean and maintain order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keep the kitchen areas presentable and safe.
• Work efficiently to provide exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner.
• Use Crumbl business technology applications efficiently and stay current on all training.
• Safely and properly operate Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Food or restaurant experience and customer service experience.
• High school or higher education.
• A strong internal "why" that aligns with Crumbl Headquarters, similar values and character, and a passion for food and baking.
• A genuine desire to serve others while having an unquenchable thirst for excellence.

• $18.00 to $20.00 (hourly wage, including tips).
• Tips Range ($3 to $6 an hour extra).
