Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute healthcare settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
