Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (flexibility required)

Location:
Weehawken, NJ

Compensation:
$90k-$100k

QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in maintenance roles.
PREFERRED BUT REQUIRED F89, FSD LICENSE, S13, and P99 LICENSE
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Relevant degree from a technical institution.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Capable of disassembling machines, equipment, or devices to replace defective components.
Adept at consulting blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as needed.
Skilled in using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Background in performing routine maintenance tasks.
Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
Attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working independently.
Excellent time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
Possess knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, leak repairs, and basic construction principles.
Supervise contractors during professional repair tasks.
Diagnose mechanical problems and address them, reporting findings to management.
Perform basic tasks such as painting, filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs.
Carry out repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
Identify and report the need for significant maintenance repairs.
Regularly inspect community areas to detect issues related to litter, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.
Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from clients.
Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas such as parking lots and sidewalks.
Oversee the sprinkler system and waste disposal on company premises.
