Preschool Assistant

Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Preschool Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Hayward for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that assist our children's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders
• Work as part of a team to create a fun and educational environment
• Assist with daily activities such as diaper changing and cleaning up

Requirements:

• 1-year minimum working with children ages 0-5 years old
• CPR certification
• A minimum of 6 ECE units preferred but can also be enrolled or started after starting

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
