Monitoring and managing the operations of an aggregates production facility Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and the plant Participating in projects aimed at improving plant efficiency Performing inspections and necessary repairs on plant machinery Maintaining and servicing crushers, conveyors, screens, and additional equipment Completing daily pre- and post-operation inspections with appropriate documentation in accordance with company standards Executing maintenance tasks as directed by management Skillfully operating tools and equipment Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations, including OSHA and MSHA guidelines Fulfilling other assigned responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Strong commitment to safe work practices Prior experience in maintenance roles Welding and cutting experience is advantageous Mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment Familiarity with asphalt plant operations and equipment Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Team-oriented mindset Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
