- Patient Engagement: Partner with the Patient Advocate to engage with patients, promote health and wellness, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications, ensuring that the Health Center is well-stocked and prepared to meet the needs of patients.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and staff, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on patient care and treatment plans.
- Education and Certification: Current LPN license in good standing and current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
This role operates primarily in a medical office environment, requiring the ability to interact with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner. The physical demands of this role include effective communication, mobility, and the ability to operate office equipment.
