We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our bakery team as a Baker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including donuts, bagels, and croissants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products.
  • Food Preparation: Properly prepare (frost, fill, powder, etc.) all donuts and food products to meet company standards.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all prepared food items meet requirements for quality and quantity.
  • Teamwork: Work well in a team environment and fill in on the floor as needed.
Requirements
  • Guest Satisfaction: Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred, but not required.
