We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Schulte Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
- Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
- Verify and update status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
- Randomly select assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Counsel Housekeepers on discrepancies and provide guidance on improving cleaning techniques.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
