We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide expert-level patient care in our critical care environments, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective treatment.
Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of Critical Care level patients, instructing them and their families regarding medications and treatment instructions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and reviewing patients' records, including posting tests and examination results, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred, along with current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital offers a generous compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive total rewards package, including medical coverage, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and education assistance programs.
