Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ranch Unit Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our ranch unit, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and contributing to the overall success of our agricultural operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the ranch unit, including calving, fencing, AI projects, and heat checks.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of the livestock, including administering vaccinations and medications as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the ranch unit.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
