Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGIF Waldorf Market Place. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and efficient service environment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests.
• Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them, using flair and technique to create a memorable experience.
• Know the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
