Job Title: Sales Associate

The PGA TOUR is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to support tournament sales efforts. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Team and Tournament Services Manager to sell, process, and deliver sponsorship and hospitality packages.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter sales contracts and Electronic Ticket Templates into the Ticketmaster Archtics system and forward approved copies to clients within established deadlines.
  • Build sponsorship and hospitality proposals for senior directors and sales teams as needed.
  • Generate internal revenue and inventory reports and validate data to ensure accurate sales capture.
  • Assist the Tournament Services Manager with post-sale processes, including invoicing, client relations, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Support the Marketing Services department in developing and executing the tournament marketing plan.
  • Interact with clients during tournament week to ensure their needs are met, prospect new clients, and conduct fan surveys as requested.
  • Provide support to senior directors and managers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of corporate business experience, with prior experience in the sports industry and event management or sales preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including mail merges and intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Able to safely operate utility vehicles, such as golf carts and shuttle carts.
