Cardiac Monitoring Technician - Full-time Days

As a Cardiac Monitoring Technician at our esteemed facility, you will play a crucial role in observing, interpreting, and documenting the cardiac rhythms of patients under telemetry care. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting telemetry monitoring equipment and providing essential patient care activities under the guidance of a registered nurse. This encompasses monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care tasks, and ensuring a clean and organized environment for patient comfort.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of a foundational telemetry monitoring course
  • Experience in acute care settings is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment abilities
Certifications Required:

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licenses Required:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or higher level Cardiac Certification

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with day shifts, requiring 10+ hours per shift and rotating weekends.
