We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LifeSet Specialist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a LifeSet Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping 16-22 year old clients transition into adulthood by providing them with the knowledge and skills to utilize community resources.

• Manage a caseload of clients and create individual service plans to help them achieve their goals
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and community stakeholders to provide support and guidance
• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to ensure clients have access to necessary services
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to service plans as needed

• Masters degree in a social services discipline (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience)
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
