Overview:
We are in search of a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in improving students' communication abilities and will work closely with educators and families to foster academic achievement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation: Assess students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Create and implement tailored therapy strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student development.
  • Record Keeping: Document assessments, therapy plans, and student progress.
  • Advisory Role: Offer insights to school personnel and families regarding effective communication techniques.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential).
  • Experience: Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
