- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
- Problem-solving ability and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Nationally recognized safety certification, such as ARM, ASP, or CSP.
- Experience in multi-line coverage and target industry business groups.
- Experience using RMIS systems and databases.
McGriff Insurance Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and tax-preferred savings accounts. Regular teammates receive no less than 10 days of vacation and 10 sick days during their first year of employment, along with paid holidays.
