Mechanical Millwright

Industrial Trade Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Millwright to join our team. As a Mechanical Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment in various industrial settings.

• Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and vendor installation manuals to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hand tools and power tools.
• Move and position heavy equipment using hoists, dollies, and rollers.
• Assemble and install equipment, such as shaffing, conveyors, and tram rails, using cranes and hand tools.
• Construct foundations for machines using hand tools and building materials.
• Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, and hand tools.
• Perform lubricating maintenance, cleaning activities, and repair of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Work at heights and operate machinery safely.

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in the field.
• Knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to apply it to solve problems.
• Ability to work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
