Our client has recently integrated an innovative AI solution designed to enhance the shopping experience, seamlessly merging in-store and online interactions for customers, regardless of their shopping preferences.

Our client specializes in developing intelligent shopping solutions that leverage advanced machine learning and computer vision technologies. Unlike other emerging cashierless systems, our approach is scalable and user-friendly. The autonomous checkout technology is designed for easy implementation, requiring no significant renovations or operational changes. Retailers can adopt this tool effortlessly, transforming their stores into cashierless environments. Our technology is already operational in various locations, receiving positive feedback from customers.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Brand Advocate, you will represent the AI shopping solution, serving as the initial point of contact for our brand and the retail establishments we partner with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers as they enter the store; showcase how the products function and promote their usage.
  • Support customers throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to checkout.
  • Act as the primary resource for customer inquiries and store team assistance, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights on their experiences.
  • Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.
