Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Policy Administration: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our database.
  5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Educate customers on additional insurance products and services that may benefit them, promoting opportunities for growth and expansion.
  6. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Professional Development: Willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or licenses as required by the state.
  3. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  6. Technical Skills: Able to use a computer, type, and work within multiple systems at once.
  7. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
