Transportation Coordinator

As a Transportation Coordinator at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel shuttle service.
About the Role:
- Safely transport guests to and from the airport, hotels, and other designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, and assisting with luggage and boarding.
- Familiarize yourself with local routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes to avoid congestion.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by obeying all safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required for larger vehicles.
- Knowledge of local roads and attractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K plan.
Work Environment:
- This role often involves irregular working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to various weather conditions when loading/unloading luggage and assisting passengers.
