Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Farm Store Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process check-out, exchange, and return transactions using point of sale equipment.
  • Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the showroom and stockroom.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory responsibilities, including stocking and replenishing merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other store team members and warehouse team members on various responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: No minimum education requirement.
  • Experience: Prefer six (6) months of experience in a retail environment providing customer service and operating point of sale equipment.
  • Skills: Effective communication skills, ability to work safely, and a passion for working with customers to help improve and overcome challenges.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work on Saturdays when scheduled, with a preference for closing shifts (Mon-Fri, 2-6:15pm).
