Job Opportunity

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional resident care and support in our home care setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including turning and ambulating patients, delivering food and beverages, and providing personal hygiene support.
  • Provide adjunct patient care as needed, including delivering ice packs and dressings to relieve pain.
  • Monitor and record food intake, urinary and fecal output, and share information with key medical and nursing staff.
  • Process information from other professionals and work collaboratively with physicians, caregivers, and nurses.
  • Implement infection control precautions and practices in all activities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures and report any safety violations.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with seniors.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
