Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of a tire and automotive service center. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and prompt service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating the advantages of products and services to clients.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and guide customers on necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Implement all sales protocols as per company guidelines, including pricing accuracy and promotional activities.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff training and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in managing financial aspects such as cash handling and bank deposits.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to store operations.
Qualifications

Applicants should be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in retail or sales. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
