Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Belkin. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for leading our corporate tax compliance efforts, including the review and preparation of federal and state income tax returns, as well as global tax provisions and management of sales and use tax related filings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the review and preparation of corporate federal and state income tax returns, including all supporting schedules and workpapers.
- Manage the preparation and review of global tax provisions, including calculation and review of year-end deferred tax balances.
- Oversee the preparation and review of foreign subsidiaries and foreign parent information returns and reporting, including Forms 5471, 5472, 1118, and FinCEN Form 114.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for sales/use tax compliance, including appropriate taxing of new and existing customers and maintenance of resale and exemption certificates.
- Liaise between outside tax advisors, third-party transfer pricing experts, and foreign subsidiary financial controllers regarding intercompany transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Manage an experienced tax team and provide guidance and support to business units on tax-related matters.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
- Four-year college degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Seven to Ten years' experience as a tax professional in a similar or related position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Big 4 accounting firms preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Oracle/Vertex experience preferred.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Excel skills required.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000, with a performance-based bonus and a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
