Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to work with students in a supportive district environment.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing students' communication skills and developing individualized treatment plans;
  • Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students;
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support students' overall development;
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents and guardians.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders;
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA);
  • At least 1+ years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
