Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all program areas, including restrooms, offices, and kitchen spaces.
- Ensure all floor surfaces are kept clean and presentable.
- Perform snow removal and sweeping of walkways as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
- Maintain knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: No prior experience is necessary; however, experience in mental health or related fields is preferred.
Additional Requirement: A valid driver's license is required.
