Fitness Studio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Studio Manager to join our team at Staffing Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training and client experiences, achieving recurring membership goals, and controlling studio expenses.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership goals
• Manage and train a team of personal trainers to deliver high-quality services
• Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and cleaning
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and staff performance
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

• 3-5 years of management experience and 3+ years of sales experience
• Nationally recognized personal training certification
• Experience managing a high-end fitness club preferred
• Leadership and development of a personal training team preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proven financial, business, and human resource management experience

• Competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year
