Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pasta, soups, salads, pizza, seafood, steaks and desserts.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
