The Laurels of Huber Heights is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants.

As a Personal Care Assistant at The Laurels of Huber Heights, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting our residents' daily needs and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Take and record vital signs, measure and record height and weight, intake and output, and care for the residents' environment.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, assist with eating and hydration, and observe residents' skin when administering care.
  • Meet residents' mental health and social service needs, addressing their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • High school graduate/GED.
  • STNA certification.
Benefits and Compensation
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
