About the JobThis ICU Travel Nurse RN position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
