Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to enhance our educational environment in Macon, NC. The SLP will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders among students, while collaborating effectively with educators and families to meet each student's speech and language needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language impairments.
  • Design and execute tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver direct therapy services and track student progress meticulously.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to facilitate students' communication objectives.
  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and student advancements.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements and methodologies in speech-language pathology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current North Carolina State Licensure as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience with school-aged children and knowledge of IEP processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
