Job Overview

HealthCare Connections, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Medical Technologist to join their team in western Tennessee. This is a day shift position that offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-65,000/year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized tests in blood banks, blood donor centers, transfusion services, reference laboratories, and research facilities. Key responsibilities include testing for blood group antigens, compatibility, and antibody identification, as well as investigating abnormalities and adverse reactions to transfusion.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in science, MT/MLT/MLS(ASCP) certification, and two years of experience in blood banking. SBB(ASCP) certification is a plus. Tennessee license is required, and the candidate must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
