Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Standards of Practice
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify expected outcomes
Develop and implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes
Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to the plan of care as needed
Requirements
Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
