Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse III to join our observation team at City of Hope. As a nurse on this team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in our outpatient observation unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver exceptional patient care service.
  • Carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and document according to standards, including validation of the patient and caregiver's understanding of the plan of care and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain a commitment to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodiment of City of Hope organizational mission and values, as well as the values and ethos of the profession of nursing.

Working Conditions: Full-time 12-hour shift / 3 days a week (7:00am - 7:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting and/or outpatient setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Licenses and Certifications:

  • CA RN License
  • BLS through American Heart Association
  • ACLS through American Heart Association
  • PALS through American Heart Association
