Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Levy. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality cuisine, leading a team of chefs, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations
    • Develop and execute menus that meet brand standards
    • Ensure show-quality food and presentations in all areas
    • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a team of chefs to achieve operational goals
    • Conduct regular meetings to ensure open communication and feedback
    • Mentor Sous Chefs to improve their skills and leadership abilities
  • Operations Management
    • Manage inventory and equipment to ensure efficient operations
    • Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure team members deliver exceptional guest service
    • Respond to guest service issues and resolve them promptly
Requirements
  • 5+ years of culinary experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Proven track record of being organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage up and down
  • Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
