Surgical Technologist Opportunity at Norman Regional Health System

The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our surgical services department. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures while assisting physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff
- Assist the physician to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Prepare for procedures and ensure all necessary equipment is available

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or five consecutive years of training/experience as a surgical tech
- National certification in surgical technology highly preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $19.56-$31.94 per hour, depending on experience
- Evening differential: $2.00 per hour
- Night differential: $2.50 per hour
- Weekend differential: $2.50 per hour
- Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 paid over one year
