Crew Chief

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Provide clear direction and guidance to the team and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
• Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to increase sales and service results
